Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has banned four ODIs and two Test matches for Sri Lankan captain Dinesh Chandimal, coach Chandinda Hathrisinghwa and manager Asanka Gurusingha. The ICC's independent inquiry committee has banned these three. The account of these three came in eight negative points, which led to the ban on them.
