First semi-final of 2018 : Belgium vs France

France and Belgium teams will face face-to-face on Tuesday in the first semi-final of the Football World Cup.

This is the third encounter between the two teams in the World Cup. Both previous matches were successful in winning France. Talk about international matches, then after 3 years, both the teams will play against each other. Belgian won 4-3 in the exhibition match played at Stade de France on June 7, 2015. France has been successful in making the World Cup semi-final place for the first time since 2006. At the same time, Belgium has made it to the last place for the first time since 1986.

The first match between Belgium and France took place in Brussels in May 1904. He was drawing a match. Since then, at the international level both 73 times have fielded against each other. Among them, Belgium 30 and France have been successful in winning 24 times. 19 are left on the draw. Both teams faced each other in front of each other in the finals of an international tournament 3 times. France won all three.

Belgian's best ever performance in the World Cup: Belgium has played 5 matches so far in this World Cup. Of these, he has won in every match. In any one World Cup, he could not win so many consecutive matches at any time. From the Belgian side, nine of his players have already scored. He is also on top in the field of highest goal. France reached for the sixth time in the semi-finals. Prior to this, he has made a place in the last 4 in 1958, 1982, 1986, 1998 and 2006. France also had to play in the World Cup in July 1982. Then he defeated Poland 3-2. In the semi-finals, everyone will also be seen by Belgian goalkeeper Thibout Carthus and Hugo Loris of France.

Look at Ambeppe, Pourd and Hernandez: His 19-year-old forward Kilion Ambeppe has played an important role in reaching France. The inexperienced attacking pair of Benjamin Pourd and Lukas Hernandez has also performed brilliantly. The 22-year-old has only experience playing in 10-10 international matches. Although his Oliver Giroud has failed to score in the World Cup so far, the team is benefiting from his ability to keep the ball in possession. The girode needs a goal to leave behind the legendary Zinedine Zidan. Both are currently fourth in the top-scorer list with 31 goals from France. Thierre Henry is at the top with 51 goals.

The challenge of stopping Belgium for France: Belgian coach Roberto Martinez's tenure began with Spain losing 0-2 to the home ground. Since then Belgium has been invincible in 24 matches. During this time, he scored 78 goals in 23 matches. The team could not score just one match. Former French striker Thierre Henry is the assistant coach of Belgium. Belgium will have to deal with the absence of defender Thomas Manuer. They played an important role in the invasion of Belgium from both ends. Manuar was shown the second yellow card of the tournament to drop Neymar of Brazil. That is why they will not be able to play in the semi-finals. Belgian will be expected to do well with Star Forward Aid Hedgehard who has so far influenced everyone in his fast.
