German Coach made the strict rule for the players in Russia

Defending champions, German coach Joachim Low has no intention of changing his successful methods as he's once again placed a ban on sex, alcohol and social networking during the tournament.

But players are allowed to meet their family and they can take beer during bed time. 

Once the World Cup begins, the players of the German national team will be isolated, although there will be periods where they can spend time with their families.

Alcohol consumption isn't completely prohibited according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, with a glass of wine before bed not forbidden, however there can be no drinking in excess.

Social networking is seen as unnecessary during the tournament and photos within the team hotel and dressing room are completely forbidden.
